Circle Office has issued orders for filling up of vacant Postman post from the eligible MTS/GDS officials through written test going to be held on 15/12/2013 vide Memo No.RE/1-22/PM & MG/Rectt/2013 Vacancies     Dated at Hyderabad 1 the    30-   10-2013.

Outcomes of the Meeting on 7th Pay Commission

     Central Government invited the National Council Standing Committee members for discussing the Terms and reference for the 7th Central Pay commission. A meeting was held under the Chairmanship of Secretary, DOP& T on 24.10.2013 at 1500 Hrs at North Block. Staff side Members, National Council JCM  Standing Committee, have attended this Meeting. On behalf of Staff side the fallowing suggestion has been given to the Central Government

1.  Government of India should come out with their proposal on Terms and Reference and then Staff side will    give their proposal.
2.  All anomalies pending including MACP to be settled.
3.  One Labour leader to be included in the commission.
4.  All pending cadre Review proposals should be delinked from 7th CPC.

     In its response to the above suggestion the Central Government assured that, after consulting the Ministry of Finance, the proposal of Draft will be given to all the Federations for discussion.

7th Central Pay Commission

The DoPT has convened a meeting under the Chairmanship of Secretary, Dop&T on the possible terms of reference of the 7th Central Pay Commission from the Staff Side. The meeting will be held on 24th October, 2013 in Committee Room No, 190, North Block, New Delhi.

NATIONWIDE INDEFINITE STRIKE

NFPE & FNPO DECIDED TO GO ON NATIONWIDE INDEFINITE STRIKE IF THE DEMAND FOR INCLUSION OF GRAMIN DAK SEVAKS UNDER THE PURVIEW OF 7^THCENTRAL PAY COMMISSION IS NOT ACCEPTED BY THE GOVERNMENT. THE MAIN DEMANDS OF THE STRIKE WILL BE

(1) Inclusion of Gramin Dak Sevaks under the purview of 7^th CPC

(2) Regularisation of Casual, Part-time, Contingent Employees and Revision of their wages with effect from 01.01.2006 (as per 6^thCPC wage revision) & Grant of DA

(3) Merger of 50% DA with pay for all employees including GDS

The above decision was taken in the Central JCA Meeting held on 19.10.2013 at New Delhi under the Chairmanship of Shri. T. N. Rahate, President, FNPO.

తపాలా ఆఫీసులలో ఖాళీల లో పనిని  అవుట్ సోర్సింగు ద్వారా నడపుటకు ప్రయత్మములు జరుగుచున్నవి . కనుక అట్టి ఖాళీలు ఏమైనా ఉన్న యడల డివిజను యునియనుకు తెలియచేయవలసినది గా కోరుచున్నాము.

In response to Staff Side Item in respect of "engagement of out siders in vacant places in all the post offices", Circle office has issued instructions to all Regional Offices including Hyderabad City, Hyderabad South East and Secunderabad Division. It is also directed to intimate the action taken by them by 10/10/2013 on the item. Hence All Divisional/Branch Secretaries and Circle Office bearers are requested to identify the offices where shortage of staff due to vacant posts and enlighten the SPMs, Postmasters or office of incharges to send proposals to concerned divisional heads to utilise the services of out siders in the place of vacant posts for smooth functioning of the offices. This item has been taken up in the RJCM for over coming the shortage of staff besides filling up of all vacant posts in the circle.
