ADMISSIBLE
• Casual
Leave : 8 days in a calender year

Earned
Leave : 15 days advance credit for year ½ calender year subjected to ceiling of 300
days+15 per anum. 1/10 of previus years dies-non/ EXOL will be deducted from
advance credit.

10 days on
each occation to maximum of 60 days of EL can be encashed in whole sevice ,
but not in the above ceiling.

Half Pay Leave :
10 days advance credit per ½ calender year.
1/18 of
previus years dies-non will be deducted from advance credit.

Commuted Leave : HPL can be commutted on
medical certificate

Leave Not Due :
can only be availed when no HPL is at credit & on MC, for 360 days
in entire service.

• Extra-ordinary
Leave : subjected to maximum of 5
years. Without MC will mount for non qualifying service with conditions.

Study Leave : Max. 24 months , conditions
apply.

Hospital Leave :
Will be granted on hospitalization owing to duty, conditions apply.

Special
Disability Leave : same as above max.

Maternity Leave : 135 days for pregnency & 45
days (entire service) for mis carriage
/ aborsion.

Paternity Leave : To the male emplyee with a
restriction of 2 children.

• Child care Leave : To female employee for
730 days in entire service , conditions apply.

incentive leave: 7 days , conditions apply.
